Introducing...Tegan Rae Brose

I went into labor at 5am today. And that's when the adventure started!!

We went to the doctor at 8:30am but we weren't dilated enough to go to the hospital yet. We got lunch on the way home and went to the chiropractor where the dr gave us a few stretches to do to help speed the labor up.

We went back to the doctor around 1pm and we were sent to the HOSPITAL!!! :)

When we got settled in the room my labor really picked up. They broke my water and I was dilated to a 4. The pain really got strong and my contractions were 1 minute apart. But not much changed after i got my epidural. Aunt Cindy and Chasity. Grandma and Grandpa Brose and Aunt Cori were at the hospital nearly the whole time. Donna came to visit mommy while I was in labor too. At 9pm Dr Siemen (Yes hunny that was who delivered you and one day you will laugh when you hear this story) he cam by and said my cervix wasn't thinning and if nothing changed by 10pm i would have to have a C-Section. So at 10 pm I only dilated to a 6 and my cervix swelled so in to the operating room we went. Daddy was so supportive and helpful the ENTIRE TIME!! You were born at 10:48pm 8pounds 6ounces 21 inches ling! And we couldn't be happier Sweetheart!

Mommy finally got to hold you after an hour of recovery. You had pooped in the womb and they had to make sure you were ok. When you were 2 minutes old I said "She looks like she is going to be trouble!!" Daddy said "Tegan are you going to be a monster? If so blink twice!" You opened your eyes real big and then blinked 2 times clear as day :)

Almost there

Yesterday we were 6 months pregnant <3

3 More months or so and we will get to meet you baby girl!! Everyday makes us more and more anxious to meet you! And it only has a little to do with you constantly kicking me! ;)

Tegan, You are going to be one tired baby girl when you are born! Because all you do is WIGGLE!!!

(We haven't written much lately because we kept a weekly journal in a book for you! We will continye this book after you are born!)

Love you more and more every second!!

I couldn't be happier to say.... You are a beautiful baby GIRL!!!!

Daddy got a tear in his eye at the sight of his little baby girl. We have decided to name you Tegan Rae Brose <3<3<3 :)

Grandma Reinna, Grandma Brose, Aunt Charlie and Chloey came to see you're ultrasound today! Grandpa Brose was excited to hear you are a girl. He says he has cursed us all so he will only get grand daughters. We loved seeing you today!! We saw you in 3D it was so wonderful!!

I wonder...

I have been wondering a lot about whaty ou will look like, If you are a boy or a girl... If you are going to look like me or daddy. None of this matters as long as you are healthy :)

But it is fun to think about <3 Daddy thinks I'm silly and think to much. He said he is gonna love you no matter if you are a boy or a girl <3

We meet at last

We went tot he OBGYN today.

We found out we are 9weeks and 4days, well you are 9 weeks and 4days :)

We got to see you!!! Daddy wants to buy a ultrasound machine to have at home so we can see you all the time. (to bad they cost as much as our house) We got to hear your heartbeat today too!! I wish i could explain to you how much we love you and how hearing your heartbeat and seeing you wiggle around made us feel. I have never seen your daddy so happy and so proud <3 I don't think I have ever felt mor proud and more important in my life!

Sweetheart you will have more love then you will ever know. And the only thing that will change about that is we promist to love you more and more everyday. There is nothing in this whole world you could ever do or say to change the fact that we love you more then you will ever imagine.

Something to remember

Dear Baby,

We have decided to keep a journal for you because we hae so much we want to tell you :)

We are only 9 weeks along so we don't know what you are yet!! We can't wait to meet you <3 We go to the 1st OB appointment next Tuesday and hopefully we will get to hear your heartbeat and maybe get to see you. Even though you are super tiny!!

I've never seen your daddy so happy :) He kisses my tummy and tells you stories and he loves you all the time!! You are our whole world and you aren't even here yet.

Mommy and Daddy have a long history and we have lots of stories!! But all of them involve Lots of LOVE! And we can't wait to share that love with you.
